Just your regular Starbucks so I won't review the drinks. The baristas are extremely nice and knowledgable. I go there to study on the weekends. They don't bother you unless it's time to close up which is really nice. Seating IS limited as this sbux is smaller than most but overall there has always been a place to sit and work every time I've been here. I have had to sit in a corner by the sugar and spices but I didn't mind the crammed spot as I was working alone. It would've been very cramped had I been with a friend. Overall, there's not much they can do about the space limitations but the atmosphere is just the right balance of busy and quiet to get work done. Parking in the lot is not the way to go if you'll be there a while (limited to 1hr). I parked in the garage which is $1-$2 on weekends according to the sign but was open and free the Saturday I was there. Not sure why.

Any single Starbucks is always the same as every other Starbucks, just like McDonalds is always McDonalds. You pretty much know what you're going to get! Thus, I wouldn't usually take the time to write a review of a Starbucks branch. However, I had such a great customer service experience at this location that I felt the desire to share it here. I was waiting in line behind some guy, then suddenly a woman jumped in front of me. I assumed she had a problem with her previously placed order or something, and thus had a legitimate reason to cut in the line. I assume the Bucks staff members thought so also, because they took her order. We were wrong. She ordered a drink. Being the laid-back gentleman that I am, I didn't mention anything. The staff choose not to make a scene as well. Instead, they simply spoke in hushed tones behind the counter - planning to fulfill my order first because I was in line first. Sure enough, my drink came up first and I was out the door long before the line-cutting foreign lady. (I dont want to mention her nationality, but sometimes cultural customs like waiting your turn in line dont always translate across borders.) Service: The sales staff was extremely friendly and delivered a pleasant customer service experience. Taste: My drink was delicious, as I expect from Starbucks. Price: A little steep! Location: Cozy as always, but parking is a nightmare. Literally, you will wake up in a cold sweat with visions of circling around the block in search of an open space. Overview: Great customer service, good coffee, great comfort, but poor accessibility.

Parking here is absolutely horrible, even at times in the summer, but the coffee is good and the service is friendly. Since I moved to Lafayette I'm not at this location as much, but the best barista there (Mary) still remembers me. I don't think I've ever been disappointed at this Starbucks, except when finding a place to park.

So, apparently there was a management change a little while back. Since then, the service has improved, and the overall atmosphere has been as it should be, since the company is known for its ambiance as well as its coffees. The baristas are knowledgeable and remember most of the patrons as they walk in the door. Friendly service and although this location has a tendency to get busy during the expected rush hour times, the quality of the drinks is consistent and their friendliness does not falter. Nice stop if you're on your way to Purdue from Lafayette; the parking lot is another story... but it does revolve pretty quick, given the amount of time each person is actually away from their vehicle.

Why is it that every time I get coffee here it is burnt. Doesn't seem to matter what store I go to, it's always burnt. How is this OK?
